Homeowners & Residents of Summerfield Units I & II
“This message is to inform you that the Summerfield Units I & II pool will be closed on Monday, February 8th, 2021 through at least the remainder of the month to perform some much needed repairs and updating. Those repairs include some waterline repairs, an acid wash and cleaning of the tile by blasting it with glass beads then refilled and the proper start up chemicals added. In addition the cool deck will be resurfaced and painted which should have it looking brand new.
A huge "Thank You" goes out to your Board of Director's Samantha Breen, Barbie Smith, Ellen Miller, Murphy Hebert and Elissa Herakovich for taking the time to review the numerous proposals and collectively come to a decision to get the work done. This is just one of many projects we're working on for the very near future. More information and announcements will be shared at a later date.”
